He does custom signs that are all in prims, his most recent work was the RFL Sign. I know for a fact he could do this for you with no problem. I have seen his work in tiny prims and he does great. I think it would benefit the whole community to have a good and well crafted Claddagh ring, so I don't know if he would do a custom job but rather make it as an item everyone can have, but yeah I would definitively give it a try!
