Adam Soler of Lookr semi-recently sent me a notecard and invited me to come check out his store. Since I had never been there, I decided to go down and take look. While some of his outfits and separates are not my style, I found plenty of things to fatten my inventory with, and after a quick conversation with Adam, I was satisfied with the customer service as well (details below).

These are the dancedance tube tops. They come in several colours, all of which are slightly transparent so you can see my bellybutton (teehee). They’re really cute and really well-textured.

The Cozy sweaters certainly look like they’d feel cozy on, and while it might not be the best thing for summer, sometimes it gets cold at night and then these would be the perfect thing, yes? With several colours to choose from, you’ll find something you love (or buy all of them like I did).

See? More lingerie. But I can’t help myself, because it’s all so cute! These are called Lace, and they come in several colours with both white and black lace trim. If you want to feel sexy, these’ll do the trick!

Okay, about the customer service.  That night was a particularly brutal night with asset server problems, and I didn’t receive several items I paid for, and accidentally double-purchased something as well.  I filled out a notecard with the problems, along with my transaction information and passed it along to Adam, but I was surprised to learn that he does not offer refunds.  “Not even for double purchases?  Your items are non-transferrable?”  Answer was still no.  He offered me something else of equal value.  That was not good enough for me, and after explaining why, he gave me the refund.  I’m not totally sure that he has changed his policy now in light of the new facts I presented, but I was happy and he was certainly polite and pleasant enough to deal with.
